Red Sands Army Forts G1 Gun Tower legs
Shots are of the Southern Gun Towers landing platform & legs
In preparation for adding a new framework being produced by Molem
Replacement platform & new landing stage ladders
This fort will be used to take equipment aboard & construct a catwalk to the central Control Tower
Planned to be refurbished first
With a crew of 2 the Rib safely carries 12 passengers in reasonable comfort
Returning to Herne Bay the route back takes in the Kentish Flats Windfarm
By 4th of July 2005 the first pair of turbine blades had been fitted
The final towers being topped
For completion of the Windfarm by November 2005
